Bangladesh to sell gas externally

It seems AL are not aware of the gas shortage in the country. Even though the gas network does not have 100% coverage. It's also one of the often stated reason why gas based power plants are not able to work at capacity. Yet it seems we can sell the gas instead of buying it for national use. I'm talking about the deal for Cairn to sell gas externally.. When will they learn? Will we ever get a patriot running the country instead of a zealot?
